We are open five days a week as follows:
Mon-Fri: 8:30 am - 5:00pm
Audiology service on Saturday by appointment only.

Everyone needing this service! We welcome ALL INDIVIDUALS across all income levels

Is DHHS a clinic?
No. DHHS is a non-profit organization that serves the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community on a variety of ways. Audiology service is one of the many services provided to the community.

Do you serve only people from Lancaster County?
No. With the exception of our case management department, we welcome
inquiries from anyone. We routinely have customers attend our sign
language classes from out-of-state and our interpreters often travel to many
counties in central Pennsylvania.

Do you charge for interpreters?
Interpreters are paid professionals who provide a service for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. For rates, please see our Interpreter Rates Page. Please be aware that if you need team interpreting, or if you would like to make a longer term contract with DHHS, this price may be modified to meet your needs.
