How do I determine if it time to replace my old hearing aids?
-If your hearing aid whistles, or
-If the hearing aid no longer fits in the ear properly (whistles), or
-If the hearing aid is being sent for repair every 6 months to 1-year, or
-If you are dissatisfied with performance of current hearing aid.

Are two hearing aids better than one?
If there is hearing loss in both ears, YES! The audiologist would
inform you otherwise.

How can I determine if I like the hearing aids; is there a
trial period?
Yes. ALL hearing aids come with a 30-Day trial period.

What if I return my hearing aid(s)?
Full refund less 10%. Restocking fee never to exceed $150.
If you return your hearing aids and wish to pursue more expensive hearing
aids, full credit would be applied to the purchase.
If you wish to pursue less expensive hearing aids, the difference would be
refunded

Is there a warranty?
Yes, all aids have at least a 1-year warranty, Some offer two
years.

What if it is lost or damaged?
All new aids come with 1-year loss and damage coverage with one-time
replacement at nominal fee. Beyond that first year, insurance can be
purchased.

Are the hearing tests or hearing aids covered by
insurance?
Most insurance will cover the cost of the hearing test. Most insurance
will NOT cover the cost of the hearing aids. Some do provide partial
reimbursement. Check your policy!

Will hearing aids eliminate background noise?
No. However, there are features that can be added to hearing aids to
effectively reduce the interference of background noise.
