DHHS of Lancaster County offers team case management (short and long-term) in order to maximize community resources for the deaf and hard-of-hearing. The main focus of our Case Management program is to help deaf and hard-of-hearing people become self-sufficient individuals by advocating for their needs. Among the supportive services offered for qualifying individuals:
* One on-site Case Manager fluent in American Sign Language (ASL),
* Goal and progress tracking,

DHHS of Lancaster County partners with dozens of other City and County organizations. The Agency functions primarily as a referral resource by pin-pointing the client critical need(s) in the above areas, identifying local agencies that specialize in meeting that need and finally referring the client to that resource.
